Project Co-ordinator, Woodlands Transition Plus “Achieve” Project

Harriet Tamke is our Project Co-ordinator for this exciting project supporting 30 young people with special needs before and after they leave school and face the transition challenges of moving from children’s to adult services and from school life to more independent life in the wider community.

Harriet was previously volunteer officer for Luton Borough Council’s volunteer project. Apart from running the whole project, she knows exactly how best to recruit the 40 young volunteers we need to get the best results for the young people we support. Interested? get in touch.
