On Wednesday 23rd September, Transitions UK will be hosting our first Charity Golf Day to be held at the beautiful Hertfordshire Golf Club.
We are looking for teams of 4 players to join in with the day – a fantastic opportunity to enjoy 18 holes of golf, whilst supporting a very worthwhile cause.
