We are delighted to welcome two new staff to the growing Transitions UK team.
Jennifer Moore is our new Project Co-ordinator for our exciting Luton-based project working with young people with special needs, in partnership with Woodlands Secondary (Special) School.
Briony Holden is our apprentice Marketing and Fundraising Officer and will be developing our social media as well as supporting our fundraising and marketing profile.
Great to have you on board guys!
