We have an incredible team of 21 full-time and part-time staff, together with 80 wonderful volunteers and a number of fantastic people who donate expertise and support free of charge, including our Trustees.

Ron is the founder of the charity and initially was Chair of Trustees. He stepped off the Board to manage the charity day to day and provides much of the vision and drive that has seen the charity develop substantially over the last five years.

He has a wide of experience of charity & youth work and has a contagious passion for the work and vision of Transitions UK.
