Get Creative on Inspire your Heart with Art Day

Today is Inspire your Heart with Art Day and is celebrated annually on the 31st of January. Its sole purpose is to celebrate creativity within all art forms.

The origin of this day is considered unknown however, it has been pushed every year by various art organisations to showcase everyone’s talent.

Art is a great way to express yourself and your emotions, as well as use your creativity in many ways. This can be through music, drawing, painting, or dance – Art is all around us.

Art inspires one another to be the best version of themselves, so prior to today we encouraged our young people to use art in their session to spark their creativity.

Many of our young people love being creative so we decided to put this to the test in our recent Achieve session, they completed some crayon art where they made an image by melting crayons with a hairdryer!

We wanted to share those and hope to inspire many others to get creative today! –

It was such a fun and exciting session which all the young people thoroughly enjoyed and got stuck into!

We are always wanting our young people to express themselves in exciting new ways so annual days where we can celebrate the creativity of our young people are always a great way to do so!

We also wanted to share this great art piece that one of our Aspire beneficiaries made -

Looks amazing! - So talented!

Transitions UK enjoyed this years ‘Inspire Your Heart with Art Day’ and we hope this inspires others to express themselves in any artistic way they want!
