The Transitions UK Annual Charity Golf Day is back! Join us for a great day of golf at the Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club and enjoy breakfast, 18 holes of golf and a BBQ.

Set in the grounds of Broxbournebury Mansion, the course provides a stern test of parkland golf as well as providing fantastic views of the mansion itself. The course will test the regular golfer and yet still be sympathetic to those new to society golfing.

This event is to raise money to help kick start our new and upcoming projects supporting young people with emotional and mental health needs, those leaving care and those at risk of offending.
