Strategy

Our strategy at this stage is a simple one.

Start small, do it well, grow and do more; grow some more and make a measurable contribution to the transformation of our society, especially for disadvantaged young people but touching other groups through our relationships with small charities and community groups.

We want to launch three projects this year, if possible across the range of  Achieve (special needs) , Affirm (emotional and mental health needs) and Aspire (exclusion and risk of offending) and to start working with 2-3 small charities/grass-roots organisations. We will ensure we do a fantastic job and build our reputation for effectiveness and high quality delivery. We want to work with at least 50 young people in that first year.

On the basis of those projects and relationships we will at least double the number of projects and organisations we are working with every year. We expect to work with around 100 or more young people in year 2 and by year 5 we plan to be working with almost 1,000 young people in locations across England and Wales.

In the same way, we expect to have gained a go to relationship for many small charities and grass-roots organisations as we support them to transform their own communities.

We need people to help us achieve this – get in touch!!
