We are delighted to welcome more young people onto our Achieve project in Luton.
We now have 40 young people with special needs receiving befriending mentoring and support services to help them make the challenging transition from school to the wider community.
We currently have a need for around 15 additional peer volunteers to work with young people in this way.
One of our young people recently was able to make the journey from Luton to college in Stevenage independently for the first time after travel training and help from his support cluster.
Another young lady has gained huge support from her cluster to give her the confidence to shop and gain simple money skills as part of her personal development.
